When Debbie and I finally decided what type of boat we wanted, the search was under way. When we found the boat listed on Foothills Mooresville site we were pretty excited. But we live in North Georgia just south of Chattanooga. So we read the reviews, and read and read. We understand you can't please all the people all the time...yet so many of the reviews spoke so positive of their purchase and service. After reading the reviews we decided it was worth the six hour drive to buy the boat. We contacted a sales rep and agreed on a price and I headed to Mooresville to complete the sale and pick up the boat. While things took an unfortunate turn due to an inexperienced sales rep. (BTW he is no longer employed there) Matt, Josh and Nathan all stepped up to resolve the issue. I cannot say enough about the great communication from all of them at a time when North Carolina was devastated by Helena. With all they had to deal with at that time customer service remained #1 on their agenda. We were never off their radar. They could have just said nothing...But they didn't... It was their combined goal to work through this... with one thing in mind, and that was "Satisfy the Customer". They went out of their way to treat us with respect and live up to their reviews we read. Debbie and I have no problem getting on a pedestal to preach how hard all of them work to earn your business! We are so impressed with the service, dedication and concern all of them have as well as their staff have for their customers. My ECM went out on my 2022Tracker. I got a little upset because it's a new boat. But let me tell you. Charlie and the team at foothills did everything they could to get me back on the water. It took 3 weeks to get my part in but that's not foothills fault. I'm sorry to all the team at foothills for getting upset. It's just frustrating especially when it's a new boat. I hope they all at foothills can understand and forgive me for my actions. I truly want to continue to be a customer at foothills marine. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME!!!

I had a really good experience at the Morrisville location of Foothills Marine. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Danya in finance was also very professional and helped to make sure I left with my boat package on Saturday 05/30/2020. I drove about 3 hours to get to Mooresville and nothing in the ad or pictures was misrepresented. It was exactly as I had expected. Even better, I christened it the next day with a bunch of keeper-size bass! This is the atmosphere you want for your next boat purchase!

We have purchased 2 NEW Carolina Skiffs from Dee Hubbard at FHM, and couldn't be happier.. Dee bent over backward to help us, and did a fantastic job.. We purchased all our add on purchases (T-Top, GPS, FF, etc) from them as well.. Everything was just as expected.. Anything that we have had a problem with, Dee took care of it as soon as we told him.. I would (and DO) recommend Dee Hubbard, and Foothills Marine to everyone on Carolina Skiff Owner web site.. I always tell them he will treat them right, like he did/does us! If we ever buy another CS, this is where I will go...
